The Howling Black Spire is a The Rot-only location. It consists of layered charred bone fragments bound together by vile rot matter and fungus overgrowth. The structure is multi-tiered, having many circular "floors" until it reaches a mass pinnacle overlooking the back end of Wrathwood.
